We are looking for someone to help with property management, including tenant relations, general repairs and maintenance of properties located in the Cheney and greater Spokane Area. Must have tools, transportation and experience in doing general property management and maintenance. Compensation will include a starting base salary of $3,000 per month plus a percentage of the net revenues from the rental income from the properties. You must have a demonstrated track record, good references and free from drug and alcohol abuse. You must be willing to submit to random drug and alcohol testing.
