K and K Quality Construction, LLC is seeking experienced Field Supervisor in commercial and high-end residential construction projects. Must be able to pay attention to all details of project.

Responsibilities:
Read and analyze shop drawing
Attention to details
Understand and negotiate contracts
Manage multiple projects
Manage a crew of 3-5 men
Demolition
Framing -wood and metal studs, trim carpentry, painting, and ceramic tile.
Operating hand and powered equipment including saws, hammers, pliers, drills, etc.
Job site clean-up and moving
Able to lift up to 100 lbs
Walk and stand for extended periods of time to cover 10 - 12 hour shifts
Work in extreme environmental conditions.
Other assigned duties
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license to operate motor vehicle.
Must come to work on scheduled days on time.
NO drug/alcohol abuse
Compensation based on experience
Seven (7) Paid Holidays
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance after probationary period.
