South Philadelphia / Bella Vista area We are looking for a reliable and friendly individual who is interested in part time work for repairs and maintenance of several apartment buildings and units. This person will be on call during the week(ends) and will be responsible for jobs that come up when tenants call. We would like someone familiar with the neighborhood.
