Coughlin Property Management (CPM) is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our company. CPM is family owned and have been active in Colorado since 1932. Maintenance Technician candidates must have at minimum of 1 year of experience working on-site at a multi-family apartment community and demonstrate their ability to be able to perform their job. Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities • Complete standard apartment work-orders. • Minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs. • Assist with make ready maintenance and coordination of third party vendors. • Light painting. • Oversee community cleanliness including maintaining grounds and common areas • Comply with all health, safety and environmental laws. Qualifications • Minimum one year previous maintenance experience. • Have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance. • General knowledge of maintenance processes and methods. • Working knowledge and utilization of tools. • Able to be periodically on-call to respond to after-hours emergencies and help with snow removal.
