Sound technicians with stage experience needed-lighting experience is a bonus!! Knowledge of analog gear is essential. Knowledge of X32, Xair18, Soundcraft SI series, Presonus, DL1608 digital mixers is a great bonus... Must have reliable transportation! Having a car or truck with a trailer hitch, and/or your own sound and lighting equipment are great too!! Generally, You will be doing local venues with pre installed sound and lighting systems- minimal setup- averages 4 hrs per night- usually friday, Sat, Sun evenings from 6pm to 10pm. Usually in the Palm Beach area. I can offer from 1 to 12 shows per month depending on the season, and your abilities. You walk in to the venue- setup the floor monitors and a couple of mikes- then run the show-either by yourself or with another technician. Short training period required. REALLY EASY WORK-almost always in an air conditioned building. Pay depends on ability usually from 75.00 to 150.00 per night, and more if using your own gear, depending on ability and experience.
