As a Professional in the Music industry, having worked with hundreds of agents and performers on all levels, I have a few tips for those who post ads in the "Musician" section that will help you make the impression that you want to make, as well as reduce the possibility of incompatibility when responding, or placing an ad. When placing your ad, please include a link to video of a performance or rehearsal, photos of the performer(s)and a bio, or at the very least, indicate in your ad that those who respond will get those links upon request. also, include a list or inventory of the gear that you have or use consistently. Even if you are a beginner, making a first impression with a great photo, and a video with good audio and video quality always helps!
