Voepel Property Management is looking for hard working, detail oriented individuals to join our small lawn care team. We are in need of lawn care crew members. These individuals should have experience working in the lawn care industry, working with lawn care equipment, and be committed to providing exceptional work in a timely manner. Responsibilities Caring for turf, trees, plants, and hedges by mowing, pruning, or trimming them, as needed Extracting and disposing of invasive plants Clearing the area of trash and debris and disposing of correctly Operating lawn care equipment including stand-on mowers, push lawn mowers, line trimmers, leaf blowers, shovels, pruners,etc. Mulch plant beds Rake and removal of leaves Gutter cleaning Snow Removal Deliver work according to the job order details Clean and wash dirty equipment and return to the storage location Load/unload materials and equipment Perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner Ability to interact with clients as needed in a professional manner Required Previous landscape maintenance experience Ability to work on feet for long periods Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50lbs Attention to detail Adherence to professional appearance policy TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, FOLLOW THE LINK BELOW AND COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT
