Breadsmith of Wilmington is hiring several positions. We are in need of a DELIVERY DRIVER. This position is a 5 to 6 day a week position. The duties include picking up the bread at the Monkey Junction location and delivering it to the Mayfaire Town Centre location. You will be responsible for helping set up the bread at the locations to help get the stores open in time. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. You will be driving a company van so must have a valid Drivers License and have no DUIs. This position begins at 4 am for delivering the bread to the other location. There will also be deliveries to our Commercial accounts. This position will be between 18 to 3o hours depending on the needs for delivery. Breadsmith will also be filling the position of a FARMERS MARKET VENDOR POSITION. This position will be for 3 days a week and up to 33 hours. The days are long and start at 3 or 4 am. The markets run until around 1:30 pm and then you will return with the left over bread to the stores. You will be using a company van for this position so a valid Drivers License is required and no DUIs. You will load the van and take it to the market, set up the tent and tables and then through the market sell the bread to the visitors. When the market is finished you will load back up and return to the stores. The markets are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be able to be outside under a tent all summer. We are also looking for a part time Baker and Production help. This position will be at night starting at either 6:30 pm or 8 pm and run until the bread is finished usually between 12:30 am and 2 am. We are willing to train the right individuals.
