solid rehab crew needed for projects

im an area rehabber looking to ramp up my business and need a solid company or companies to manage my flips. looking for established insured and reliable crews that can handle most aspects of a full rehab. not looking for a 1 or 2 person crew that has a few guys they can add now and then. looking for crews that show up every day, have contracts and time frames they adhere to, invoice for work and stay on schedule. I mostly stay in hamilton county and surrounding counties into NKY. looking for a long term relationship as most of the crews ive hired over the last few years have come and gone due to unreliability and substandard skills as an aside and since i have your attention I currently need a few piece work things done on current projects where ive had to release my workers or theyve just stopped showing up i need someone to wrap a few replacement windows. windows are in but they never finished the job need some concrete repair and replacement on a driveway and steps looking for bids for a deck to be built
