Full time house-flippers looking for construction help

My wife and I are real-estate investors and full-time, hands-on house flippers. We work primarily on old/historic homes and strive to provide an exceptional finished product. We currently have several projects going on around the Cincinnati area, with plans for more. We are looking for 1099 workers with construction experience to help with a range of tasks on various jobsites. We would love someone who is available 5 days a week with occasional nights and weekends. There is some room in the schedule for flexibility, but individuals must have reliable transportation, basic tools and a strong work ethic. Each day is likely to offer something different, including tasks such as: -demolition -job-site cleanup -light landscaping -framing -drywall -interior trim -painting -tile -installing kitchen cabinets Please be prepared to provide references and/or photos of previous work. We are looking for someone to start ASAP, so please reach right away out if interested!
