((please let us know which fits you❓)) minor admin mostly ties into care taking matters or daily life matters. (if it’s easier to balance the needs) maybe a college student for the minor carehelp-admin, since students-grads are natural at type of tasks) Due to a accidental health issue, my hula co. has been on hold and it’s been a handful to care for mom, she's declined in midst of pandemic and having it tough, we are trying to find solutions to regain health (been caring for mom for 16yrs). mom speaks broken English and Korean. someone who’s familiar with some Asian or hawaiian or filipino cultures a plus:) IMPORTANT: if you are interested in the position, i can email you a real basic application (a must) so let me know forward to u?? We are flexible, on days of the wk or weekend, may work with your schedule of availability, as long as it is within specify time frame. 10-12hrs a week to start (also a fit if you already have a pt job as well) Job Description: minor admin. tasks- (most done remotely, but still will need to meet calculated $14cash hr) -make various phone calls (ex. finding info. -Setting up appts, inquiries, many follow-ups, ) -communicating on medical portals -online orders -minor computer skills, internet search savy, draft emails, etc. we are finalizing mom’s small claims cases, so may need some help with admin with that. we will eventually move back to hawaii, be great if your able to help some with coordinating! it’s a complicated move due to mom. Caretaking tasks $15-$16 hour cash -bathing (I would help you with her bath) -assist to some appt. my 2nd cousin will help and assist u. -prep some meals -help coordinate/research best care plan -track-log mom’s health/symptoms -have some experience with patients with minor dementia would be a plus (research to better memory, as we all have for awhile) -some cleaning and organizing skills a plus -case manager minded Qualifications: Previous experience with senior care-giving. it’s not years of experience we are looking for but a match... we worked with few with just a yr experience and it worked out great. honest, VERY VERY easy going(who we can feel comfortable with) very positive, reliable, able to multitask, solution oriented!:) things are a bit stressful right now due to circumstances, we will need some one very flexible till things stabilize:) (patient and understanding) Must Live near Irvine also, we have a small 7 pound doggie who’s a rascal, hope your ok around pets. mahalo and God bless u!🌺✝️🙏🏼🙏🏼
