Garment Decor is seeking a responsible and dedicated full-time shipping team member to join our awesome staff. The right candidate shall be accountable for providing an exceptional level of performance at all times in a professional manner. Duties/Responsibilities: Daily shipping requests via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Checking the quality of all outbound packages Obtain the shipping rate from trustful carrier to determine which one shall be used Provide tracking info to our customers Sending weekly shipping report to supervisor and management members as required Receiving inbound shipments with proper inspection Handling local delivery occasionally Other shipping, receiving related duties assigned by supervisor or management Familiar with processing claims and returns of freight Skills/Qualifications: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well organized with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Former e-commerce, drop shipping experience Knowledge of international and domestic logistic Able to work independently or as a team player without constant oversight Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in MS office Strong computer, internet, math and analyzing skills Learn new processes and software quickly and easily Strong phone, inter-personal, follow up and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a busy and fast-paced environment Bilingual will be a big plus Please don't hesitate to call or email us with any questions!
