No experience necessary, we will train! We are currently looking to add another member to our cabinet refacing team! If you’re ready to work contact us immediately! Overview Reports to the Project Manager. The Cabinet Finisher is a specialized role in the cabinet refacing industry. We work exclusively with real wood refacing products, never plastic. The cabinet refacing Installer must have the ability to complete cabinet refacing installation from start to finish with confidence. The main responsibility of this role is to provide the highest level of installation standards while maintaining a professional attitude with the utmost respect for the customer’s property. Job Duties ● Inspection and assembly of materials and articles to specified standards ● Perform all cabinet installations, with the ability to reason and to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instructions ● Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installations ● Ability to read blueprints and drawings ● Ensure work is completed as requested by the customer, project manager or contractor and it is to their standards ● Provide excellent customer service ● Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines ● Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information ● Will practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite ● Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment ● Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may or are affecting completion of the job to the appropriate person ● This role could be required to act as a “lead” periodically as designated by their manager Requirements ● Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles, and practices ● Ability to work within a team or independently as needed ● Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment ● Periodic travel may be required ● Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 35-65% of the time) ● Occasional lifting from 41 lbs +, assisted (up to 50% of the time) ● Access and mobility in tight spaces ● Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling ● Speak fluent English ● Be able to pass background check Skills (Not a requirement, we will train) ● Cabinetry experience, and / or 1+ years' experience in related field ● Excellent carpentry and hand tool skills ● Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.). ● Required to have knowledge of cabinet installation with the ability to take accurate measurements. ● Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure ● Must have your own tools and transportation Compensation: $18.00 per hr Please submit your resume and contact information for application by replying to this email.
