Deck Pro-Carpenter Fenceworks NW has an immediate position available for a hard-working, talented individual to join our deck division. This individual will assist in building custom, quality residential decks. We are veteran owned company operating in Clark County and the surrounding areas. We value quality over quantity. We maintain small crews and we are looking for the right individual to join our team with a possibility for massive growth. Preferred: 2 years’ experience with decks or outside structures. Landscaping or construction experience. Leadership or military experience is a plus. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Pay will depend on experience... Starting pay would be $18-22 DOE per hour with lots of room to grow. Medical, Dental, and Vision package available after full months employment. Essential Functions: • Able to lift 80 lbs on a daily basis. • Perform other duties and/or tasks as requested or assigned. • Reliable transportation to the shop Ideal Candidate Will Possess: • Hard worker with a strong work ethic. • Good listening skills, able to follow direction. • Self-motivated and able to work in a team. • Valid Driver's License.
