Care giver for an older lady

We are looking for a full time caregiver for our old and fully disabled mother. You need to be strong enough to lift her up from her wheelchair and put her in shower 2x per week and take her to toilet multiple times per day. You need to be able to do the following: 1) clean her apartment 2) shower her 2 times per week 3) take her to bathroom and put her on toilet from her wheelchair multiple times per day 4) take her to Dr. Appointments or shopping (this requires you helping her to sit in your car and putting her wheelchair in your car trunk) 5) talk to her doctors and report results to her sons 6) monitor her medicine on daily basis 7) cook for her and make sure she eats healthy food and fruits This is a full time job.
