To be a strong fit for the 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor opportunity, you will have:A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree highly preferred2+ years of experience leading teams of 10+ in a distribution warehouse environment with either receiving or inventory functional responsibilityA strong background in inventory controlUnderstanding of industry best practices and technology trendsAbility to lead by example and motivate people so as to create a challenging, empowering, and collaborative working environment.Above average literacy in computers and software, including Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP and/or WMS system softwareDemonstrated understanding of warehouse performance metricsBilingual skills, English / Spanish highly preferred You'll be scheduled from 2:15 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday, however, we will look to you to be flexible about working extended hours and/or weekends, typically Saturdays, as needed to meet warehouse demands, goals and objectives. Demand ebbs and flows so overtime demands can be minimal (a few hours per week) or extensive (including one full weekend day).
