About Us We are a 4 years young and fast-growing e-commerce company selling health supplements online and are in need of 1 full-time (40 hour week) entry-level employee to join our team! Job Responsibilities Your main responsibility is to help our team prepare the product for sale. Much of your time will be spent operating an encapsulation machine, weighing powder, bagging capsules, using a heat sealer to seal finished product bags, prepare labels for each bag, etc. Hours & Pay Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (30 min lunch break) - $13 per hour. (Schedule can be adjusted) We Want Someone With The Following Qualities Dependable Friendly Shows Up On Time Good Attitude Strong Work Ethic About the Work Environment We are all between the ages of 23 and 33 and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. You can listen to music while you work and we believe in letting people express themselves and their opinions. Company meetings are held every week to discuss any issues, whether it is something related to our plans for the week, random ideas (everyone has a voice), or treatment among peers, etc. Though the environment may seem fairly "relaxed" we do expect people to stay on task as everyone we employ is very diligent at keeping on task. We pride ourselves on being fair and being understanding which we feel makes us stand out.
