2 dogs need good home

My Mother passed away and I can't keep her two dogs. Both are Chihuahua mix with one female dog a chihuahua/terrier mix (terrier predominate) brown and the other one a female chihuahua mix (Chihuahua predominate) with white and black colors. Both dogs are cautious but quickly learn to love. One first dog (brown) likes walks, chew toys, and belly scratches; while second dog (black/white) likes cuddles, belly scratches, and treats. We are looking for someone with a yard for them to run around in as they are used to a yard and dog door to go in and out of the home. If you have a dog door then they know to go outside if they need to potty. Currently they will go to the door and incline you to take them on a walk since we dont have a dog door. They are crate trained and sleep in a crate so they know when it's time to go to bed. If you need to put them in the crate for a few hours they know to relax. They appreciate a small treat when you put them in the crate. Both dogs are spayed. They have been vaccinated during their lifetime but likely not in the last year because she was ill. She did take them to Mary Robert's for yearly checkups. I'm not sure if they are chipped but you can check them for it.
