Helper to weed control spray applicator

You will train while assisting the certified applicator with spraying weed control to client lawns. (WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR LICENSED SPRAY TECHNICIANS OR CERTIFIED APPLICATORS). This is a physical job, walking and dragging a hose all day in both cold and hot temperatures. You must be on time. Start hours can vary based on daylight and freezing temps. Can be as early as 6am. Good positive attitude, no drama, be able to take corrective criticism, need valid driver's license, be able to follow daily instructions, some math involved measuring out chemicals. No smoking in work truck or on client's lawn. Therefore, can you hold off on smoking until lunch or after work? Due to mixing chemicals and applying them to lawns, you do need a clear head. This is why we are looking for someone with no drama or needing to be on your phone during the work day. You are free to make/receive calls at lunch. After training you will take the test for your state service technician license. Starting pay $12. Immediate raise to $14 when you pass the test. New client bonus, compliment bonus. Normally Monday - Friday unless we have been rained out and then we may ask you to work a Saturday. We are looking for someone to invest in long term. This is not a short term or part time position.
