Duties & Responsibilities: - Install cabling (coaxial cable/fiber optics) within customers property and public easements to meet the depth requirements of R W Bryant Contracting, INC., - Demonstrate the skill set to manually use a shovel, rake, pics and various digging implements as required in a proficient manner - Understand and follow OSHA safety requirements to complete the job(s) safely and efficiently - Master the necessary techniques for restoration on job site on the public and privately owned portion of the job(s) - Drive company assets in a safe manner as to not pose a threat to the safety of others. - Must pass background check and drug screen - Must have a valid driver's license Skills & Abilities: - Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work in a professional, cooperative manner to successfully interact with members of cross-functional teams - Communicate by phone frequently throughout the work day - Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 pounds. - Ability to work weekends with notice as the needs of the business dictate - Previous landscape or irrigation experience desired, however will train the right candidate - Follow direction(s) specifically delivered from crew leader Health Benefits : After 3 months with R W Bryant Contracting, INC, you will be eligible for medical coverage. R W Bryant Contracting, INC, will cover 50% of your medical. 401K: After 3 months, you will be eligible for R W Bryant’s 401K Plan. R W Bryant will match the first 5% of your compensation. Education: High school diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: All customers and staff are required to wear masks, common areas are sanitized several times a day, and no large gatherings in common areas.
