SKILLED HANDYMAN Needed for General Contractor to do PUNCH LIST ITEMS & Full Bathrooms.
Approx 1-5 days a week to start - then full time IF desired
$125 to $250 a day.
MUST HAVE: own appropriate vehicle and tools. MUST BE EXPERIENCED in; ALL AREAS OF CONSTRUCTION, framing, tiles, sheetrock, trim, basic Minor Electric and Plumbing. (for instance install a replacement Toilet or Light Fixture, Etc..)
Example; Basically you must be able to do ALL PUNCH-LIST items OR a FULL BATHROOM from Beginning to End for a GC.
Must have experience in ALL AREAS OF CONSTRUCTION.
IMPORTANT: If your work is not GREAT and VERY NEAT please DO NOT respond.
Not looking for subs or companies, just individual handyman.
Must interview. Long Term EXPERIENCE Necessary
Must be available to work asap.
Need truck or suitable vehicle for this position.
