Wholesale distribution company looking for a motivated and responsible Warehouse Associate to join the team. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 7am-4pm. Job Functions & Responsibilities: -Loading and unloading of incoming shipments -Receive, stock, and move incoming and outgoing materials to/from the warehouse -Stock picking; gather and prepare/package materials for pick-up and delivery -Inventory management -Ensure all working and common areas are kept clean and organized -Learn and retain product knowledge and specifications -Provide customer satisfaction and service -Effectively work in cooperation with department staff and management on duties assigned Qualifications: -Punctuality/Reliability/Flexibility. -Strong attention to detail. -Desire to learn and adapt to changing situations and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. -Knowledge in warehouse operations and equipment (forklift, inventory management, etc). -Specific experience and knowledge in electrical/plumbing supply industries is a plus. -Ability to drive delivery truck as needed is a plus -High School Diploma or GED required Physical Requirements: -Regularly lift and move object that weighs 10-50lbs. -Occasionally lift and move object that weighs more than 100lbs. -Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull. -Must be able to work in hot and cold working environments. -Regularly required to use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, reach, and/or carry.
