Looking to add a couple motivated, responsible individuals to my team to help operate and expand my growing business. I have a small outdoor design company. We do all aspects of landscape design and installation, including decks, patios, porches, ponds, landscapes, complete yards, and all sorts of other small custom upgrades. We also do a decent amount of maintenance, lawns, cleanups, mulching, etc. I need someone with the ability to work independently and handle 30 or so lawns per week, and then assist with other general landscape tasks. I would also like to add someone with some carpentry skills, as well as the willingness to assist with some of the landscaping. This is a good opportunity for the right people to join a company that will reward hard work, encourage creativity, and provide an opportunity to build something together. I have a good customer base, reputation, and enough work already in the books to occupy seemingly the entire season. The only requirement is that you have a drivers license and the ability to tow a trailer. While some experience is desired, everything can be taught.
