We are looking for a tech that can become part of our team!! What we are looking for: A person's person with great communication skills and a positive attitude! Attention to detail. Can do person, and be prepared to go the extra mile for our customers. A clean driving license. Psychically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs No criminal/drug background. Excellent time keeper Clean cut appearance. Own transportation to and from work. (Ride from mom, or significant other, Uber or bus is not reliable transportation! ) Typical work day is 7 am -3 pm (weather permitting ) must be flexible … day ends when route is complete. In return you will be part of one of the most reputable pool companies in the Tampa Bay Area !! Currently Hiring for 3 positions. 2- Mon-Fri 1- Mon - Wed - Fri - Sat -Sun (Tues/Thurs Off) Pay is based on experiance $12-$18 hr. Raises given every 4 months based on customer satisfaction POSITION SUMMARY: Pool Service Technician is responsible for cleaning, servicing and chemically treating the pools for customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Follow up and secure new maintenance accounts using an assigned pick-up truck, pool cleaning equipment, pool chemicals provided by the employer. The associate will clean, service and chemically treat pools. • Complete Customer records in App • Monitor and control individual inventory. • Maintain pool maintenance route. • Operate different filter systems and operations. • Follow proper pool maintenance procedures set by company.
