Hello! My name is Chelsea Goly and I have a licensed daycare in Fairport. I have been open for about 6 years and my hours available are from 6am-3:30pm Monday through Friday. I believe that the first years of a child's life are by far the most important, helping to lay the foundation for intellectual and emotional development. Forever Friends Family Daycare is a play based program, and it is my mission to provide all children in my care with developmentally appropriate activities and materials in a safe, loving environment where they are free to explore and learn. Your child will have the opportunity to explore, grow, create, discover, build relationships with his or her peers, and become confident learners. I am a mother of two beautiful children and they are the lights of my life. I have many years of childcare experience, and am formally educated in early childhood education, CPR, children first aid, medication administration, development, supervision, nutrition, and the overall health and safety of children. I offer breakfast, lunch and a snack each day. We go outside each day, and I have playground equipment in my backyard and a nature trail in walking distance. The program I provide varies depending on the ages of the children and their developmental needs. Each curriculum contains a variety of age appropriate activities, plenty of toys and experiences that support and enrich each child's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. I will have daily topics regarding the monthly theme, along with theme related activities, crafts, songs, and books throughout the week for your child to enjoy. I have created my own unique curriculum, which is a combination of the Mother goose time curriculum, Gather round preschool, The Good and the Beautiful curriculum and my own additions. As children participate in this curriculum, they are naturally exposed to skills which support their on-going social-emotional, physical, language and cognitive development. These skills, when combined with a nurturing environment, intentional teaching practices, and meaningful relationships support a child’s school readiness. I give updates on your children's progress and I am happy to answer any questions you may have at any time! I know it is a crazy time to be looking for childcare, but I treat the children in my care like my own children, and I am looking for 1-2 children between ages 5 months-4 years to join my daycare family.
