Operate softwash, pressure wash, and window cleaning equipment both individually and with other subcontractors. Subcontractors MUST be able to speak in a professional manner to customers. What we look for in a subcontractor: Honest, Reliable, Punctual, Professional, Positive attitude Requirements: Valid driver’s license; Must have reliable transportation; Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs; Eye for detail; Must be able to work outdoors in extreme conditions (hot and cold); Must be able to pass a criminal background check; Must be at least 18; Must be legally able to work in the United States. Pluses: Mechanically inclined; Experience working on engines; Prior softwash, pressure wash, or window cleaning experience; Reliable vehicle with the ability to transport ladders.
