-Roofing project managers are responsible for managing every stage of roofing installations and repairs for residential and commercial properties. They aim to complete projects on time and within projected budgets, while ensuring that roofing crews work in safe conditions. -Managers will be expected to communicate with crews, leaders, and property owners to facilitate the flow of job project issues, updates, and changes. -Provide a superior level of customer service with property owners. -Identify and manage project issues and conflicts and provide solutions. -Works efficiently to maximize workflow and provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction. - Daily contact with homeowners to address questions, complaints, comments, or concerns with relevant information to determine possible cause and resolve conflicts. Experience- Required Source of transportation - Required OSHA Certification- Preferred but not required Spanish- Preferred
