Job Description
Ideal Candidate would be reliable, able to work independently, task oriented, with professional appearance and good communication skills.
Painting/Drywall- touch ups, make ready, tape & float sheetrock repairs
HVAC- certification a plus but not required. Experience with pneumatic controls, calibrating t-stats, troubleshooting a plus. Monitor rooftop Chiller performance. Change Air filters on Air Handler periodically.
Electrical- change out bulbs, ballast, swap to LED, troubleshoot switches, occupancy sensors, reset breakers, install GFCI, monitor safety lights, maintain Back up Diesel generator
Landscape/ Irrigation- check timers, change/adjust heads, minor repairs, supplement mow crew
Plumbing- run plunger on commodes etc. run auger, troubleshoot leaks, minor repairs, change fixtures,
Install repair kits on Sloan valves, install wax rings at water closet
Ceiling Tiles- replace stained/damaged, adjust/replace grid as needed, cut around fire escutcheons, smoke detectors, etc.
General Repairs- Hang doors, adjust hinges, strike plates, mag locks, change locks, re-key, monitor elevators, roof, outside trades, parking, uninvited guests, assist with spot janitorial, pest control, access issues, etc.
Grounds- Raise/lower/change out flag at rooftop pole, porter type duties, maintain lobby windows, doormats, run blower, sweep, pressure wash concrete, apply crack seal, roundup, etc.
Tools and reliable Transportation helpful. Tools can be supplied and location is on bus route.
Compensation $14-$18 depending on experience & skill set.
Schedule-7AM-3PM Monday-Friday.
