Looking for a Room in Office

I'm a teacher/tutor for 6 students (11-19) years old, and I'm looking for a room to work with them three days a week (MWF) - an unused room in an office or shared workspace would be ideal. The students are quiet and good-natured. If anyone knows of a place or has any suggestions for me, I'd really appreciate it! Mahalo!
