Facia siding repair

I have a piece of aluminum facia that blew off the side of my house. Its roughly 12 ft long, I need someone with an extension ladder to come and put it back on. This is the second time its came off so I would like some better nails with larger white heads to be used. I'm located in wards corner Norfolk. Please tell me what you would charge to put back on. Thanks
