We are seeking Independent Occupancy Field Inspectors in the Virginia Beach and Surrounding areas. Areas of Need: Chesapeake Franklin Hampton Newport News Norfolk Poquoson Portsmouth Suffolk Virginia Beach Williamsburg Property inspections are typically completed on behalf of the mortgage company. The primary duties of a Field Inspector is to locate, photograph, and inspect properties. We complete Occupancy verification inspections, Vacant property Inspections as well as specialty inspections such as damage inspections and business verification inspections. Examples of tasks required include determining whether the property is occupied of vacant, reporting the condition of the property, delivering door cards, determining utility status, and reporting observed damages. Requirements: You must be Local to one of the above mentioned areas. Daytime Availability: Inspections must be completed during daylight hours.
