Seasonal /Temp Maintenance Workers Needed - $15.00 to $16.00/hr (New York Metro Area) RMS, LLC is a service maintenance company in New York City. RMS is currently seeking Maintenance Workers to do general maintenance to residential buildings throughout Brooklyn, the Bronx and Queens. Duties include, but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, trash pick-up & removal, and maintaining the general cleanliness of affordable housing buildings. Must be willing to work in residential rental apartments at different sites on different days. Hourly pay is $15.00 to $16.00. Schedule flexibility is a MUST. Seasonal position could turn into a permanent role for a hard worker. Must be willing to travel between boroughs. Job Type: Temporary Salary: $15.00-$16.00 /hour
