Plumbers: Requirements: Must be able to maintain, troubleshoot, and test plumbing systems; assemble, install and repair pumps, pipes, fittings, and fixtures; cut and thread; assemble and install valves, pipe fittings and pipes; inspect completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements and compliance with applicable building and safety codes and regulations; estimate cost, time and materials for plumbing projects; participate in the maintenance and operations of a plumbing shop; clean, maintain and service tools and equipment used in the performance of duties *Must have a valid driver license, and a clean record. *3-5 years of plumbing experience *Knowledge of NYC commercial routes *OSHA Certification. Drain Cleaners - Valid drivers license (No pending cases) - MUST BE ON TIME! - 2-4 Years Experience with handing sewer cleaning equipment and video equipment. - OSHA certification preferred. - Must Be able to work long days (Not an 8 to 5 job) Helpers - Must have CLEAN VALID Drivers License (No Pending cases) - MUST BE ON TIME! - Must be willing to learn & be able to assist mechanics at all times! - Must be able to work some weekends and late nights - Experience in sewer & drain cleaning is a plus.
