We are looking for a runner or a laborer. Perennial Construction Duties and Responsibilities 1. Must speak SPANISH and ENGLISH 2. Must be physically able to lift 80lbs minmum 3. Must have own basic tools. 4. Must have some experience painting and cleaning. 5.
