***Part-Time Handyman***

Description

We are small real estate management company, looking for handyman to service buildings as needed. This is part-time job, and time can be open to your existing schedule usually weekends and after work hours. REQUIREMENTS: • Must have access to vehicle to get to different locations • Must have set of standard tools • Must be able to use a smartphone to send text, emails, keep track • Ability to communicate well with property management, tenants, and building supers • Tenant satisfaction and up keeping properties in excellent condition • Willing to learn if not familiar with a particular task • MINIMUM 3 years with general construction HANDYMAN RESPONSBLITEIS: • Plumbing: changing faucets, fixing leaking faucets, change pipes, trouble shoot hot water tanks & boilers, working with split system for heating and cooling. • Electrical work: changing lights, light bulb, fixing switches, changing breakers. • General construction: painting, plastering, changing doors and locks, fixing roof leaks, cement work, fixing tiles, changing kitchen cabinets, and appliances • Building Maintenance & Management: garbage removal, cleaning hallways, prepping apartment, showing space to potential tenants Pay is $30 an hour, please email us your resume and best way to to contact you.
