Current focus is on classic rock from the 60's and 70's with some songs through the 80's and 90's to present. Open to input from whover joins us in terms of material within this framework. May also eventually integrate some original music. Bonus--practice space is paid for by drummer so no need to kick in anything towards cost of the space! Once the smoke has cleared from the pandemic we do plan to play out and already have potential gigs lined up. No age restrictions--our current lineup consists of one musician (guitarist) in his 50's and drummer in his early 60's. Second guitarist/singer in his early 20's is on college-related hiatus and should return in April. As the Lynbrook practice space is located near the beginning of the Southern States not too far from Brooklyn and Queens we welcome musicians from other boros-- Brooklyn Queens etc.-- in addition to those from LI so long as you can make it to practice on time (important) and would be available for future gigs on LI. Pro level musicianship not required--reliabilty, compatibility, attitude and commitment are as if not more important as is level of musical talent.
