POSITION A Tire Technician is responsible for the dismounting, mounting and balancing of all tires sold. You will also be responsible for the installation of any other products sold in the store. Flat tire repair, tire rotations, installation of custom wheel and tire packages as well as diagnostic responsibilities occur daily. Promotion to Senior Technician, Lead Technician, Service Manager and Alignment Technician always come from within the Tire Technician position. TRAINING Our Tire Technicians receive a 1 month paid hands on training with state of the art industry equipment from certified technicians. We also offer Tire Tech training certification, wheel installation, personal safety and customer vehicle care. Our comprehensive training is one on one, hands on with Senior or Lead Technicians as well as video, webinar, seminar and Mind-Flash training courses. COMPENSATION Great starting hourly pay, performance evaluations, and a monthly "per car done bonus" in high volume seasons.
