Sharon Country Club Grounds Crew Job Ad Seasonal, full time & part time Details: Grounds crew jobs include, raking bunkers, mowing: greens, tees, approaches, fairways, rotary. Other jobs, string trimming, raking, repairing divots, small projects. Hours: Start time is 6:30 A.M. (moves to 7:00 A.M. spring and fall) to 3:00 P.M. Monday to Friday. There are a few occasions when this will change due to tournaments or special maintenance projects will require adjusted working hours. Weekend hours are 6:30 A.M. to 9:30/10:00 A.M. Holidays are from 6:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M however you will be paid for the entire day. Holidays under this format are Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day. All other days are full days. Working one weekend day (may occasionally be asked to work both days for tournaments or coverage) and holidays are required. Working Conditions: The nature of the job has employees working in the elements, including, cold, heat, light rain. Abilities: Able to lift 50 pounds, understand written and oral instruction, diligent, courteous/respectful to members and fellow employees, self-motivated.
