Efficient Contractors, Inc. is a Commercial Drywall company seeking an experienced Drywall Superintendent. Candidates must possess hands on field expertise with a minimum of 5 years proven experience in the commercial drywall industry. Duties and requirements include: • Fluent interpretation of blueprints and engineered drawings • Expertise of industry assemblies, materials, supplies and construction methods • Layout and coordinate all related work scopes • Calculate and quantify building materials and supplies • Schedule and manage field crews and deliveries • Assure schedule dates and milestones are achieved • Ensure quality control standards are satisfied • Daily reporting to upper management • Process daily paperwork: time sheets, extra work tickets, equipment logs, toolbox talks • Participate in precon and turnover meetings • Attend weekly job meetings • Assist project managers with change orders, RFI’s, material buyouts and production tracking • Assure safety measures are in place • Deliver jobs to final closeout and acceptance of Owners • Effectively communicate with others, both verbally and in writing on a daily basis. • OSHA Training • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, Procore & Sharepoint • Must have valid driver’s license • Must pass drug test and background check
