We are looking for a CRM Manager that can answer calls, monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.
CMR manager will work from our office but will not handle clients directly but over the phone and virtually.
Duties:
-Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
-Set reports and specific marketing strategies to retain customers.
-Manage clients from multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Skills:
-Fluent English & Spanish
-Good sales skills and a positive attitude
