Ok, so room is small/part of Empire Studios. It's fully equipped (amps and pa and drums). Drums need cymbals and pedal (so you have to being yours if you want to practice). Rent minimum is $20/3hrs. Day or night, but please email me your name and number so that we can setup your spot. No bands please, only SOLO Artists (Piano + Voice or Guitar + Voice duet is also a possibility with $5 extra).
