Give estimate on repairs to a rental property

Hello, I'm a real estate investor and I'm considering buying a rental property or 2 in Macomb. There are 3 or 4 very similar places that I want to have a few contractors walk through and send me a bill. I want to move forward with one of those places, whichever one is in the best shape. Items that will need done are leaks in the roof, possible roof replacement, one of the bathrooms is tore out and needs to be replaced. Other then that its minor stuff like drywall and some new carpet, maybe a couple windows. My ballpark estimate on the work is going to be 10-25K but it really will vary place to place. The 3 or 4 places are all on the same block, or very close to each other. I will set you up with the realtor and we can go from there. Email for details. Thanks -Michael
