4-5 hours once a week, QuickBooks and home office tasks (South Hill near 57th) = For about 3 months (don't know where to post this - there is no good category under "gigs") • Busy professional looking for help catching up and staying on top of various home office tasks, including QuickBooks data entry, some Excel, and filing. • 4-5 hours once per week, ideally alternating Fridays / Saturdays • Looking for someone who can regularly help for at least 3 months • Needs to be accurate and have had some office or filing experience, with QuickBooks data entry knowledge and basic Excel • Could potentially be a good job for a very organized college student who is detail oriented and good with numbers Tasks might include: * Quickbooks data entry (can potentially train if good Excel or data entry skills) * Filing documents * Helping me make or update "to do" lists * Making calls (to get information, arrange appointments, etc.) * Looking up information on the internet * Small home office organizing projects. I would like to have a regular schedule, but am flexible to change from time to time if things come up. Seeking someone with the following qualities: * Organized * QuickBooks or data entry experience * Solid computer / internet skills, comfortable with very basic Excel and Word * Has some prior office or filing experience ***important part of job*** * Accurate, pays attention to detail, good spelling, good handwriting * Fast and efficient, initiative - can see what needs to be done * Very reliable and dependable Physical requirements: must be able to occasionally lift plastic tubs of papers (might typically weigh up to 20 pounds) to stack or move to shelves. Must also be able to easily bend or crouch down to move or put office supplies or other items away on low shelves and cupboards. $20 per hour. (Possible bonuses if exceed expectations.)
