new home - needs some exterior finish paint as well as General touch up Primary surfaces are Boral, Kleer PVC and IPE. PLUS SEEKING experienced sealer of garage concrete floors using professional 2 part epoxy sealers or similar UV or trubond. IPE: deck 400 sq feet - one year old. Needs light sand and then finish sealed. Sealer will need anti slip additive. PVC: Currently white. Prep, patch, sand, prime and apply two coats a dark acrylic Boral: Misc touch up.
