New General Contracting company looking for 1 or 2 experienced workers to help out as work orders come in. Work ranges from floor tile work, ceiling tiles, general maintenance of a facility. ALL COMMERCIAL WORK. Must have reliable transportation as well as Workers compensation & General Liability. Proof of insurance will be needed before hiring. Handle basic repairs, and perform preventative maintenance and cleaning when needed. Performed routine landscaping of the grounds if needed. Complete tasks per request in a timely manner. Perform thorough inspections and scheduled any repairs necessary. Work well with building professionals and assist others with a happy and helpful attitude. Repairs and Parts Replacement knowledge Common sense of power tools Reliable and Punctual Self Starter Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs. Detect and report the need for major repairs. Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
