Electrician Needed to Set up New sub panel in Detached Garage

Looking to run power to my metal building in backyard. I have already dug the trench, and have laid 2 in conduit within trench, with pull wire. I have already purchased a 100amp Siemens sub panel, and corresponding breaker for main panel. As well as several 20amp breakers for future outlets, lights, etc. Need a licensed electrician to perform the work, as it'll be permitted with Orange County. First task is to simply get power to building, and run two 20amp circuits to some overhead LED lights, with a corresponding switch, and a few outlets. I have all materials on site to accomplish these tasks. Runs would be done within EMT conduit. The remaining build out of the electrical work, can be negotiated if desired; but have an immediate need to get breaker connected, and power run, so I can get permit signed off on, and backfill the trench I have already dug in yard. If you also have a deal on service\feeder wire, that's the last item I haven't purchased yet. Perhaps you have access to commercial purchasing of 1\2 gauge copper wiring, better than prices I have seen as an end customer. Would need 200ft each for the run from home main panel to building.
