Small staining and pest control project

We have 2 small projects that need to be done. 1. Stain a small ramp (see pictures). Sidewalls were added to the existing ramp and were stained once. They need to be stained two more times. Please note that we do not want the stain to get on the existing ramp or on the deck if we can avoid it so it will have to be prepped slightly (it is movable and we'll provide supplies). Ultimately, we're looking to have the color as saturated as the surrounding deck. 2. Scatter boric acid tablets evenly around the crawlspace under the house. The entrance to access this area is fairly small (see picture), but it opens up a bit once you're under there. The house is approximately 1,400 square feet. The goal is get get all of this done in one visit.: Do one coat of stain, scatter the tablets, do the second coat of stain. If you apply, please give me some quick directions on how to stain wood. Flat fee $100.
