Maintenance Worker needed to larger condominium property. 40+ hours per week. Lawn, Pool, Light electrical, Light plumbing, Painting, Small carpentry repairs general maintenance duties. Good work environment. Hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm with rotating weekends. Must have transportation and be rereliable. Must be able to provide verifiable work history and references. Must be able to pass drug test upon hiring and random tests throughout employment. No Job Hoppers, No Maintenance Wanna Be's, No Drama Momma's..... Just need someone reliable who wants to work hard for a great property.
