Looking to add 2 guys to roofing crew

Im looking to add 2 guys to my crew for this season. Looking for guys who want to work hard, make money and learn the trade. Not looking for people who "have been roofing for years" because chances are you do crappy work. Would rather have someone with no experience so I can teach you the right way. Job duties include tear off, roof prep, clean up, loading the roof etc. Requirements: must have car and license to get to the job site, pouch and hand tools (hammer, utulity knife), be able to work in the heat, not scared of heights and be on time. $15 / hr for first month trial period. After that, $17 / hr with overtime over 8 hrs daily. Have a roof scheduled for Monday 4/5 Young guys feel free to apply. Me and my partner are in our 20s ourselves and wouldn't mind workin with people our own age.
