This reception and awards ceremony will be held to commemorate the inaugural celebration. Join us Friday, June 18th for a VIP Reception and Awards Ceremony at the Maryland Cultural & Conference Center (MC3) from 6pm-9pm. This will be an elegant evening filled with live entertainment, catered food, awards, networking, and African American art. Event sponsors, elected officials and award recipients are invited to join the planning committee for an evening of importance. This event will honor local and national trailblazers thathave worked tirelessly to serve the city of Annapolis’ most vulnerable communities through advocacy, public service and volunteering. Proceeds from the event will elevate our capacity to support youth and black-led programming in high-poverty communities.
